I pay £1.32 for the real stuff, but don't use the truck as much as some of you guys and the 3.0l is good on mpg too.

I've probably mentioned on previous posts

Big brother is watching you

If you use your club card when you buy your oil Mr Tesco computer will know and if you're buying 50L of oil 2-3 timens a week. he may get a bit nosey

I used to get my shopping and cash back and pay for my oil cash seperate to my main shop and not collect the points just to be sure

To be honest with you, I couldn't be arsed with all the cans and messing around that comes with veg oil.
I don't use my truck as much these days, so don't mind just pumping it in.

I'm running on bio for 1.00 a litre.
Good stuff from a reputable company.
Always been a bit dubious of veg after my first terrano developed injector pump failure after using it for a while.

I was speaking with rick about veggie recently. When my leak off pipes were leaking you could actually see on the bottom of the block what it was like. I can only describe it as a gel/jelly that had congealed. I was trying to clean it off to underseal but alas, I failed..

This is why i like to use redex and 2 stroke and occasionally a treat of diesel

I run SVO from Makro at £15.40 for 20 litres. I'll be using the car less though soon as I will be getting a new company car. Need to get an MoT on this one but might then sell it. Would prefer a long wheel base to really tinker with to make into an overland expedition truck, although might get a van to run on SVO and convert to a camper instead.
