Did mine last night, dropped the shock, upper support and ARB (now binned) and out they dropped

Dunno if my original shocks had been replaced with LWB ones before i changed them, or if the SWB is different (the rear of the truck was actually quite high anyway) but they wouldn't come out on their own. I put moderate weight on the wheel hub, but I didn't fancy standing/jumping on it to force it lower than it wanted to go.
