Just a cotton pickn' minute there boy
I believe the switch must also be illuminated so the driver doesn't forget the Fogs are on Personally I'd like a front gunner on my cars so I can nuke the twats that leave the fookers on from a hint of damp some days ago and pay NOOOO attention to any and all flashing and tooting of blinded followers Carry on |

not just illuminated to find switch in the dark but to tell tale function in use.
if really foggy fogs used with side lights as will find that even dipped beam will bounce back in the fog, but the fogs' light will cut under it....a bit!

Very interesting, I'm just going to wire them into a illuminated rocker switch as then I can use them with the side or 'parking' lights, also with the main and dip beam atleast its all legal and is set up the sane way as newer cars.

After reading and replying to this thread, driving back in the dark tonight, I re-checked my fog lights... The back ones have an Amber warning light on the dash, but there is no light for the front ones... I wonder how that works, bearing in mind they are the factory fit ones.
So, should I have one, and if so, where is it... |

My troll is the same, factory fit fogs but only has a warning light for the rear one, not the fronts.
I wondered if something was up but on checking the manual, it seems Nissan never provided a dash light for the front fogs. |
