96 would be a late one . I had a 97 P plate td . It was built in 95 stood in compound until registered as a demo.

Rear bumper also appears to be earlier than '96, round cut-out for spare wheel instead of square.

Its a ringer. DVLA have no vehicle listed with that plate.

This is the answer I got off him
"Hi there,
This is the registration number as provided by DVLA and on all docs, because it was in NI originally with an NI reg.

But Ive had two cars that I put NI plate on CIL 9946 and CIL5909 why would you have to take them off ?

Surely it would still be age related from dvla if they were changed

I was looking at that one before but was unsure but did do a car check and does come back as a maverick but registered in oct 02 with 4 previous owners.But i think ill give it a miss unless it goes very cheap.
