not sure if i should be bothered but our t2 had the magical 89000 miles on when purchased. added another 30000 in three years.

if i recall, a member has previously said his patrol had 425k.

theres also a us site for nissan ive seen where members list mileages and some are around 1 million.

My T2 has done 60K,

However I remember my old Fiesta 1.8 it had done 110K and never missed a beat, it died when a lorry drove into it 8O I swear it would have gone on for years.

My recently bought Terrano 2 petrol has 192,000 on the clock with fully stamped up Nissan service book.

The car I've just sold was a Volvo 760 turbo, modified, 203,000 miles.

Default high milers

I just sold my Maverick 2.4 petrol with 188000 miles on it. Was running a treat the only reason I sold it was that 4th gear went walk about.
Nissan seem pretty good engines!

140.5k. on a '95 N plate

Just done an oil/filter change, air filter change and fuel filter change. Now runs sweet on 100% biodiesel. Car was a bit of a dog to be honest - has had a hard life on a farm transporting hay for horses! It cost me 700 quid a month ago and with a few hours spent cleaning it up, its quite sparkly!!! Re-con'd gearbox fitted and now does 28mpg all day long after a bit of TLC.

I am so impressed with these motors that i am probably going to change for a 1999/2000 model towards the end of the summer. An SE+ with all the toys and use it for work. Couldnt care less about the mileage as i used to sell Black Cabs with the same engine and we got these in with 400k +++ miles on the clock..... and they had most likely been clocked back to an 'acceptable' mileage!!! 8O

They are down permanent at the moment due to the construction of the new underpass.
Best avoided.
