in aways yes i can understand there is no need to but in until needed to but when do they decide when the time is right as some post can get out of hand.

But surely the bottom line Paul is that everyone gets what they want out of the site somehow.....if people want to get inside out about a non-technical post well thats their issue really...personally I joined before in 2005 and left after a year because I found it totally anal, it was like Nissan Dads Army I swear....I joined again recently and found it a breath of fresh air....not only do I get ALL the technical help i want, plus the chance to explore ideas, but I can have a laugh with a friendly crowd of people....easily worth a tenner of my money any day of the week.
And of course, if the site owner found his numbers declining year on year then he'd act to change how things work, but thats his problem to sort for obvious reasons... Two smileys for good measure |

Ian was tidying up, at the request of several people, a thread that had a fair amount of what was deemed to be unsuitable content - lets not revisit that - so he bit the bullet and went through and removed all the irrelevant, off-topic posts that weren't to do with a stolen quad.....
