Those arch flare kits are supplied by a company called fjallafenderflares

I've spoken to them about importing some sets over and they were very expensive, something I may consider at some point but driving over there and getting them fitted incorporating it into a touring holiday

Not the kind of thing I'd start a bulk buy for because people just wouldn't be interested because of the price

What about made in China?

I wasn't looking for a modified Terrano but it feels okay to be sitting up there with the big boys and I like the look. Here when a Terrano has been modified with flares it usually means the fenders will be in good shape due to better sealing between the metal and the flare.

I wasn't comfortable with the 33" wheels on tarmac, unstable handling (for some reason) on crossing over worn tracks on the tarmac. With the 31" it's more stable and there's a bonus of having plenty of room to stick your head in there and inspect stuff

Do you mind if we see some pics of your steering set up? I'm interested to see what the Icelandics have done to beef it up as my 33's have killed my tie rods, drag link and another idler arm

I presume yours will be LHD so will be back to front

the steering set up looks standard to me, bits are always breaking even in unmodified vehicles.
Both tie rod ends look like a rat drowned in oil and I will be replacing them soon.

Hi DeeTees, nice looking truck. Got to say absolutely love Iceland. I spent my last holiday there, December 2015. I had a brilliant time, wonderful people wonderful food, fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone. Hope to go back in the summer next time. 😀😀
