Great to see you popping by Zippy, we’re both the same now without Terranos.

Have you seen how much Patrols are up for sale for, the money seems totally bonkers.

There’s a couple on eBay at the moment but no doubt the rot will be well established.
I think you’ll be very lucky to find a Terrano without rust problems in this country mate.
Terrano’s are dam great vehicles and I love them but my days of ownership are over. I would love another 4wd but very much doubt I will ever get one as they tend to be too big and heavy for me now hence why I let the Maverick go.

Just popped in and saw this thread. I sold my Terrano a good few years ago now and I have checked the mot database and it hasn’t been mot’d since 2021 . It was a 07 2.7 which I assume was a late registered 06.

Hi all, I'm still using my Terrano. Passed MOT last year with no advisories and again this Monday with just minor Nearside Front Anti-roll bar linkage ball joint dust cover severely deteriorated. Not surprising since it's the original ones on there and 99,000 miles on and off road. Actually have a pair that I've had for four or five years, so it's done well. It's only doing a few 1000 miles a year now though and keeping it to forestry tracks off road, mind you some of the roads round here are worse than the tracks.

Sorry not not been on in months, just popped in as getting admin alerts, Rick had reported some spam posts. I removed a couple few days ago but this time gave the scammer a life time ban.

Not a Nissan since August 2019, the Jeep WK still quite a beast and far more suited to our 8 foot wide caravan, that said my old pal Plank towed plenty of big tin tents with Terranos.

Maybe one day will have an xtrail or navara.

Best wishes to all non spammers.😉

Yes, although not as big as I used to be

Only took me 9 months to reply.

Lots of tumbleweed around here these days.

I'm lurking and will be regularly posting again soon

Got a 2 year old lad now so Terrano and Patrol have been on hold and sat looking very sorry for themselves on the driveway.

I have however got my bike license now and own a DRZ400E which I've been having some fun on, but not without it's problems. Engine blew up due to the previous owner damaging the plastic oil pump idler gear and the con road bearing let go.

Was cheaper to buy a big bore kit than an OEM Suzuki cylinder so it's now 434cc not 398cc
