I would say you were lucky, when a motor goes up a bank uncontrolled, it always comes back down still uncontrolled but usually a bit more of an angle than in your vid, Rick

Yes mate we were very lucky
Fortunately I had a lot of sighting distance as. It was my aunt n uncle in the car in front. I think they were next to him as he went up the verge.

I Got a google of the spot in the daylight. there was not a lot of room, but I think we got the best spot

we stopped just after the first telegraph pole on the LHS. so not a lot of distance from the corner till the bump...

Me n my boy are good to go

BMW now Cat D write off

next car may be another BMW or might get lucky with an Audi A3 / A4

Sorry to hear your Mrs still hasn't recovered fully after the crash (make sure the insurance company know this as could be a larger pay out) but please you & your Son are feeling better Tell your boss you want a Patrol as a company car as you'll feel safer
