Back plate re fitted, notice the temporary bolts to pull it back, this was because the rubber gasket/seal around the rear main seal housing was slightly damaged so applied some RTV to seal it

Box ready to go back with RTV to seal, it slid in with no problems, I do like the transmission jack and it will come in handy for adding air springs to the rear axle a bit later on

Excellent work Rick! Very jealous!

Hopefully I am still as fit as you at 77. Who cares if it takes a day longer as long as it gets done. At least when you do it yourself you know that it is all done correctly.
