As I thought the new wheel n tyre doesn't go any where near on the carrier
Easiest solution for now is ratchet astrap ti to the roof rack and secure with a chain n padlock.

yes it is heavy but shouldn't need to take it down too often
And the rear visibility is quite good till I get it loaded up

After a bit of paint on the wheels, a clean off under the nsr arch and a bit more paint we're not looking too bad

Also finished off the rear arch in black and got the Tcut n polish out

These patrols do have some area of paintwork to be covered

I'm 6'2" and the bottom of the roof rack is above my head by a good few inches. Can't find a tape measure a t m but I'll have a measure later
