Default Ive got a big problem with my T2

Come what the problem with it..


fuel tank full..

400 miles later its empty!!!!

its got me totally stumped!

i get over it by refilling.. but there must be some thing wrong surly

Try drilling a hole approx 10mm in the bottom right hand corner of the tank. If what you describe happens quicker / less miles its a fair bet youve got an outflow problem.

Try it out and get back to us , we'll help you work it out from there

filled up at a supermarket ? i seem to remember someone else having low mpg because of this

Full tank of fuel you say?

400 Miles you say?

I had a similar thing with my Petrol Patrol only it would happen after a mere 170 - 200Miles!

I never did find the problem!

I now Have a Diesel one and this seems to be exhibiting the same symptoms as yours!!!

Must be a common problem with Nissans - may be they will do a product recall and sort the issues out!
