Dont think there would be much of a prob on that surface, i think i'll put it down to the driver being a plonker.

definitely driver error, rr would walk that surface all day, driver probably more money than sense, and doesn't know how to use his gear gearbox, looks to me that he hasn't engaged centre diff lock either.
