Court update
Been to court today as mr Plod just wouldn't let it lie
I presented a long winded case about how far the wall of the tyre can stick out. Right or wrong interpretation I had no idea but hey several pages of EU twaddle did blind the bench Showed them my pics as opposed to the ones plod took because they didnt have the truck level, offered up straight edges etc and my best one of a police van with sticky out wheels, "Top Trump" me thinks I was looking at 3 points and some fine no doubt, so it was worth the gamble This is how it is now. With the straight edge. I reminde the bench about my 4x4Response work and that only the week before I'd been on mercy missions My favorite pic I saved till last Plod Wagon The result took a few moments of head nodding and whispering between them all till his nibs said "You must be the unluckiest motorist in West Wales" UNCONDITIONAL DISCHARGE I have no fine either, just a ruddy prosecutors fee to pay So ne ne ne ne plod Twonks Bet my truck is broody well marked now though....................... |

A good result!
But with the court costs and discharge, does that mean they still found you guilty of breaking the law? |

i know this wont be popular. but not all coppers are bastards, some are.. and in some cases its the law itself thats the arse.
but some are very good, and very nice people take our resident proper copper, yes he likes a wind up bit like paulllllyyyyy too . but he never rams it down your throat and starts getting all copper ish on us, infact he helps where he can ... he dont even own a nissan no more . so why does he still stay . cos its probably one place he can come and be treated like one of the lads and not like a copper ... and i think he joins in with that spirit with us too. just my thoughts anyway just worth remembering not all people are the same |

looking at the first pic, does the gap between bumper and wing make the tyre 'look' more exposed and sticky outy than it actualy is? would closing the gap help divert attention away from the area? just a thought.

You think your having it bad Come to North Wales, all the decent "human coppers" have been replaced with a bunch of Hitlers hench men. They hide behind the uniform. Some of thes bastards are experts at stitching people up. Never mind see how I get on in July. An appeal against a decision by North Wales Police. I would love to see some of these vindictive coppers taking a lie detector test. |
