An arsey parts manager says "Registration or VIN NO?".

my local dealer was brilliant when i had my other t2, i needed the damper pipe on clutch, he asked for reg no which i did'nt know, no prop he said, gave him the year and engine size and he ordered it ok along with the slider pins on front calipers. all arrived next morning. sorted.

Just how it should be, you'd think the the job title 'Parts Manager' was a bit of a clue wouldn't you, apparently not this bloke!
