just a quick note to let you all know im still around , ive got quite a few serious health issues which im trying to get my head around , so not really in the mood to socialise , rick and mags called me yesterday so ive updated them on developments , thanks for the messages ,

thanks for the messages folks , much appreciated , on a bit of a downer at the moment so its much appreciated ,

in short I have a life threatening illness and have a very short timespan , there is the option of surgery but the surgeon may refuse to operate ( 5 heart attacks and 4 strokes ) the operation will put a tremendous strain on my heart and may be fatal , so I guess its up to the surgeon , nothing I can do about it .

please understand if I don't pop in as much as I used to

I think I owe you all a explanation because you are like a family to me and have helped me in the past ,
