I was with Flux for 4 years with no issues whatsoever.
Had a claim which was handled quickly and professionally. Never had to cancel or change mid policy but have had the same as you with admin and cancellation fees from other insurers. READ THE SMALL PRINT,It's always in there but many folks just glance over it without paying it no mind as all we are interested in at renewal is saving a few quid. |

There was a previous thread about insurance where Flux were advertising their cheapness. I managed to get a quote that was more expensive than my previously expensive insurance. I now pay around £300 fully comp with Tesco.

my ins is due this month so i started to look around and on 3 price site it ranged from 304 and up,the strange thing is the one i am with now sent me a renewal mail with price and its nearly 100 cheaper, also a bit cheaper than last year so supprised at the higher ones for new policey. the one i am with now is 85 cheaper than a new one why i have no idear. i went on line to my acc with them and read the gumph and seams ok so i am just letting it renew on auto.what with a pass on mot all be sorted till next year. |

The worst part about our Flux dealings was when I Emailed them to say I had arranged cover elsewhere and so will they cancel it on the last day of the month, instead they cancelled it on the date of my Email so Mrs was driving for two days unaware she had no insurance, they did not respond to that part of my complaint, Rick
