It will be interesting to see what he does, he has the disadvantage that the Remainers have effectively made a no deal exit impossible so has lost this bargaining chip with the EU before he takes up office.

You have the new leader of the Lib-Dems saying she will do everything that can be done to stop us leaving the EU ! She clearly needs some lessons on the definition of Democracy as does Ms Sturgeon. It would certainly be interesting to see how a vote by England only would go if the ballot paper said kick Scotland out of the UK or allow it to remain! Likewise the Irish backstop is a nightmare in the closet.

Clearly the EU is a Gravy Train that the UK MPs want to stay on - for them it's not about what's best for Britain in the long term - think Bunga Bunga & MP's Expenses to look for the reasons. I see the EU as a huge European Market Monopoly, unfortunately that is not enough they want a Federal EU with their own Army as well as prescribing our Laws!

If you look at what the EU has done to Greece for example it does not care about the local impact of Eurozone Control. I am sure that if France or Germany had similar unemployment levels there would be some serious changes in EU policy.

As much as there are things I do not like about Boris Johnson if anyone can get us out of the EU against the wishes of Parliament (but do what the majority of the electorate voted for) it is him.

I can see him being remembered as a PM with the shortest ever term in office if he is not very careful.lol
