I couldn't see the price I thought he was just wanting offers. If it is as nice as it looks and what he says then fair enough, if the turbo has been done properly or was factory and it just needs a lick of paint I reckon it's worth 5 to 5.5k quite easy. I'm no expert though, but they are only going to get rarer s'pose.

I'd love it, but right now is a bad time as I move into my new house next Friday and if I brought a Patrol I think the misses would leave me
I showed it a guy at work who already has a Y61 and he's "considering" it

She does look nice and a shorty 4.2 is like rocking horse dung!
I reckon he'll manage 5 to 5.5k easy if the chassis is decent Few observations... Anyone looking to fit a snorkel and offroad that properly will have to reconfigure the air intake as its currently sucking from a grill put into the front of the nearside wing That cone filter ain't sealed either. Definitely needs a boost gauge as she's a later blacktop and they're not as strong as the older silvertops for aftermarket turbos - all should have a gauge but the blacktops more so. Can't make up my mind if that's a wasted auxiliary battery or if she's 24v Doesn't look to be running any accessories to need an aux and that setup looks like my shorty and she's 24v but the dash voltmeter is for 12v. May be a convertion from 24v to 12v of course... |
