Fertan Rust Treatment Life Span
Has anyone got any ideas as to the life span of Fertan Rust Treatment. It’s a 1 litre bottle and kept under my carport so stored at outside temperatures. I’ve never used direct from the bottle, always poured into a tub and painted onto metal that way and never poured it back into the bottle. Bought it back in July 2015.

Not sure on that specific make, but I had a bottle of Rusteze, kept in the garage, but like you kept uncontaminated, and I just used the last of it up a few weeks back. I had had it for about 15 years!!!

Should be okay just give it a good shake!
I had a bottle of Trustran for donkeys years as it is acid based it gets stronger due to any evaporation so does not lose its effectiveness.

I can't imagine anyone treating it any better.
If in doubt, try a piece of rusty metal and test it out on it.
