Default This Site Wins Hands Down Over Facebook

Now this is very controversial but I have to say that I am a member of a Facebook group dedicated to 4x4s as well as this forum. I now can give an honest opinion through experience. I genuinely prefer this forum and can honestly say the atmosphere and advice is far superior on here in my humble opinion. Long live the forum.

That's great

I'm a member of both that group as I've had 2 terranos in the past and also the Patrol group. Each to there own as to what they want but I find the Patrol group a lot more mature and sensible. It's really good and a lot of knowledgeable people.

There is a core group of good people on here which is the backbone to this forum.

But I must say I do worry about this place sometimes

Don’t get me wrong nobody has particularly upset me or anything like that. I think it’s the level of experience on here that just cannot be beaten.

I'm on both too but hate faceache and deactivated my account last Christmas. Like a breath of fresh air.
Although Mental Mickey was a pleasure to deal with when I needed another rear axle.
If I remember correctly, it was info from you guys here that pointed me in the direction of Mickey
It may be quiet here sometimes but the forum lives on

I've been busy on other projects of late and as such been a lightweight contributor regarding most things Nissan .
I'm on faceache too and do get fed up spitting out the same old nuggets over and over so I usually point them here for build threads etc BUT since photobucketgate that's a bit pointless too
Any road up still here and due some spanner time soon

use both, and know what you mean this place is still home.

sometimes the fb pages seem to only about lifting truck or gaining power.

here is more rounded approach.

Not tarring anyone with any brush mate.
I have a quick look in on the forum and faceache most days but it's just force of habit.
I'm currently hanging new doors at home, stopped for a brew and here I am posting instead of getting on with it
