Just done my penultimate ride tonight. Working till 8ish, then home for a warm.
Then I had to fix 2 punctures from yesterday and finally get out at 9.30 8.4 miles later in sub zero degrees I had firkin freezin fingers Any road up I'm now at exactly 89 miles So tomorrow my last ride needs to be 11 miles plus and ends at the pub for a celebratory 'tache wash with beer Last orders please to donate that is I'll do the hard bit , you just do the easy bit. Well done Pete, when you seemed to be strugling at £220 with 2 days to run I would have bunged in to make £250 but you did it anyway and more so great effort, and I can now aford a couple of bottles of scotch, thank you, Rick

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare. |
