So today I finished off my air horns :sly I've just re routed it better so I will take a new pic for you all.

Under the washer bottle on the later shapes seems to be an easy spot for rust to gather, I could only see a small area of rust but once I started scraping I got a bit of a shock, much more than I though  luckily all very solid still, also pelted and ripped back the lining that used to hold the engine covers in place (water protection ect)

So after removing the washer bottle I scraped a little...

Then realised I was wasting my time and got stuck in
Getting worse/ better :lol

You all knew it was coming :naughty

So once this was drying I had wanted to spray the pan hard rod for a while after ogling at Elton's :naughty

So here was my attempt for a bit of flare

And the little tow/hook points too

Now questions time, I've got a red spray too, not sure if it would fit anywhere? :nenau:nenau:nenau

I had the exact same rust spot on mine, but mine was rotted through. Repaired with fibreglass, holding out fine since a year.

Can't beat a tidy undercarriage :naughty
Also have a look under the main fuse box on the inner wing as they like to rot around that area.:thumb2

Those shocks would look good painted red, or should they be "Shocking Pink" lol.

The fuel tank bash plate needs painting too, now if you are eco and using bio, then that should be painted bright green.

Then you can be called...

wait for it...
