Default Road rash

So as you guys will remember, I came off my bike last week on the A40

Unfortunately the wounds on my elbow and knee are not looking so great,me knee is a bit funny looking, but the elbow has a hole in the center and is yellow

I'm not sure what the next step is.

Go to docs n get biotics?

Ive got pictures if anyone is interested

You're not having a great time of late?

Depends on your own immune system Alex, nothing there that I have not seen dozens of times, for me I would be extracting the gravel that is trapped in there, and flush it out with a syringe of salt water, all sorted, if you cannot be digging it out yourself then doctor or A & E I am afraid, Rick
