Simpson Desert trek

Getting ready to embark on our trek across the Simpson Desert in central Australia.
Over 500kms in 2nd low range (average 12kph) traversing 1,300 sand dunes,
the tallest one being about 45mtrs high.

Wow, what a great trip.

I love Australia but I'm not sure I would want to do that one. Best of luck and safe trip.

Your outback roads are deserted enough without having to go into a real desert!
