Default Hi everyone

Hi I have just bought a mint 1995 Nissan mistral Japanse import for towing purpose's and love it but really struggling to insure it at a reasonable price
any help would be great

Welcome mate, sorry I know little about insurance rates, as everyones circumstances are different, but others will be along soon I am sure, Rick

Diff lock on rear
3 inch SS straight through exhaust
Manly winch bumper with 13000 lb winch
10 spike ground anchor, with multiple straps and blocks
Super strong body cills capped with scaffold pole
20% stronger springs all round
aggressive off road tyres on wheels so just swap.
Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

Welcome to the forum m8 .Im in the process with getting a new motor and have found if im honest an extra £200 compared to the uk spec models.Try adrian flux as ive found them good in the past.

Hi there I had the same problem with my old r3mR as it is an import with no direct UK model equivalent.

I started with Adrian Flux brokers then went to the NFU and they were very competitive for 3 years.

Both were ring them up not online but there are some online companies now its worth a google search as well.
To be honest had I known the cost and hassle of insurance before I bought my r3mR I would have stuck with UK spec vehicles I would not buy an import again but for 7 years it was a good motor.
