Looks good, plenty of space and secure. Also tea making facilities are handy! £70 a week seems very steep though. But I know it's hard to find something decent.

I've got first dibs on a large shed, Been told I can rent it from end of month. Hoping to swap it for one next door as it's more garage type shed and the other renters only store stuff. Best thing is it's next door to work so will have wifi etc.

My mate pays less than that for a garage that'll take 12 cars happily

And that includes gas heating and electrics

Yeh but that's so ridiculously cheap it aint true
In the real world it is worth that sort of money to her as she can just stick donkeys in it for that
It's a good enough rent to easily work up your business from though
Could also be worth looking at "Incomer Grants" new business etc by an Engerlisher

Hey don't knock it, it has the Nissan 2.7td engine and a friend had one, he used as a family car, plenty of room inside, and a big boot too.

Now would you be exempt from the congestion charge?
And could you use bus lanes?

I would think with Vehicle Licence plate recognition, the authorities would know what the vehicle use was.. drat...

Just wish I could drive it more.
