the owner has already put aside a big chunk for car parking aswell which she said cars can be left on even if its just a shell etc. while they wait to be worked on

Looks good, plenty of space and secure. Also tea making facilities are handy! £70 a week seems very steep though. But I know it's hard to find something decent.
I've got first dibs on a large shed, Been told I can rent it from end of month. Hoping to swap it for one next door as it's more garage type shed and the other renters only store stuff. Best thing is it's next door to work so will have wifi etc. |

well the workshop has fallen through, the bloke that was going to rent it with me cant anymore and i cant afford it on my own, oh well back to searching for another one

Hey don't knock it, it has the Nissan 2.7td engine and a friend had one, he used as a family car, plenty of room inside, and a big boot too.
Now would you be exempt from the congestion charge? And could you use bus lanes? I would think with Vehicle Licence plate recognition, the authorities would know what the vehicle use was.. drat...
