In recent research it was estimated that the average Scotsman walks 900 miles per year

Another recent survey claimed that the average Scotsman drinks 22Gallons of beer/larger per year

So on that basis the average Scots man is quite economical at a healthy 41MPG

Subsitute the beer/lager for whisky
