what happens with suspension switch

Hi all,
Just got myself an imported R3M terrano it's a K plate and was imported in 2004. My problem is the manuals are all in japanese so could someone give me a rundown on the sports/touring switch on the centre console, I'd be interested to know what it actually does to the suspension and how also do you just flick it once or do you press and hold it down.Whilst on the subject does anyone have a copy of the relevant owners manual in english for this model terrano if so would be very gratefully received.

Zippys your man, should be along shortly with a handy link for the manual. I am not sure about the button myself, because I have an older model, but is there an indicator light??
