Hi all!
Hello everyone!
Just found and joined your excellent looking club, full membership paid! I own a 1993 Ford Maverick 2.4i which I use daily as my run-about, but her main job is to tow my Suzuki Samurai off-road beast to play days and events. I regulally attend play days, mainly at Briercliffe, Cowm and Tong and annually make my pilgrimage to the holy land that is Drumclog! I am a member of another off-roading club, where I am an administrator and also help to organise trips out and events. Any one on here is welcome to join us on said trips, the more the merrier I say! I am soon going to convert the Maverick to gas, I have the full kit here and a gas engineer friend who is going to do the conversion for me. Unfortunately though due to some niggly engine problems she is not quite ready for the conversion doing. This is why I have joined your fantastic forum, for the technical help. Hopefully I will get her issues sorted soon! Looking forward to your replies and to getting stuck into all the threads on here! Joe. |

Thanks for the reply Jonno, nice to meet you.
My personal opinion is that £10 for a joining fee is nothing when you consider the work that goes into keeping a forum such as this up and running! Plus you get to meet lots of similar minded people and find out about events etc. Anything else is a nice bonus! |
