Default tyres, so will they fit standard T2?

i have seen a set of 4 insa turbo special traks which are practically brand new, done around 4-6k in them mostly off road

there set on gv rims and in good condition, no damage to the side walls or tread blocks missing, the rims could do with a lick of paint

these have loads of tread left

size 235/85/16

so do they fit?

well i have just put some 235/85/r16 on my truck and firstly....wow ground clearance!
i have had to do a few mods and still have to do a couple of them to fit and to be able to drive it correctly.

1. wound up the front torsion bars
2. removed the mud flaps all around
3. cut some of the bumper away with adz favorite toy
4. modified the rear edge of the front wheel arch

dont know if there is anything else to do but i guess i will also find out in time
