A blonde walking past a building site is hit on the head by a falling object & knocked out.
As she comes round, she's attended by a concerned bystander who's worried by the head injury & asks
"How many fingers have I got up?"
"oh my God!" says the blonde "I'm numb from the waist downwards as well!"
