Nice outfit, what does your 'van weigh in at?

Your caravan seems to have lost its door though!

I'd figured that

Thats a fair old weight then on a single axel - although the germans do like to build them damn solid!

Default Xtrail towing caravan

Hi there,
I was interested to know how well your motor tows the caravan, I have just changed my Nissan 2.7TD Mistral/Terrano for a 2008 2.0DCI Xtrail 150bhp and have not yet towed with it. Has anyone experience of towing with this engine if so is it ok.

Best regards Aggy

That's a nice looking caravan.

Call me sad if you want, but I love seeing the T2 hooked up the van. It looks really purposeful and your XTrail looks equally great.

Regards

Alan

Hi my x trail is a 173 red i and it tows the caravan with ease. My t2 had a power box on and I thought that towed well but not in the same league as the x trail. All I can say is fantastic, What a motor!!

I am pleased your xtrail 2.0dci 173 tows well. As mentioned mine is the 150bhp version and I hope it will be ok, I know the intercooler and extra bhp makes a difference but I just hope that I will be ok with the 150, my van is about 950kg empty.

Best regards Aggy
