towing a 4x4 automatic
hi just some info please, can you tow a automatic 4x4 with a towing dolly as long as the rear wheels are of the ground on the dolly, can it cause damage ps just a quick thanks to all the messages recieved about my mav.

cant you just take the rear drive shaft off, to tow it on a dolly

4 wheel drives have to be off the ground
You can only move them short distances As far as i know |

It should be ok because of the free wheeling hubs.
How far you going? from where to where? i have a trailer that wil carry it. |

Don't think you'll find this is a problem at all, providing its in neutral.
Its bump starting thats a big no-no on an automatic box. |
