The Bird Feeder
I bought a bird feeder. I hung
It on my patio and filled
It lovingly with seed. It was indeed a beautiful bird feeder.
Within a
Week we had hundreds of birds
Taking advantage of the
Continuous flow of free and
Easily accessible food.

But then the birds started
Building nests in the boards
Of the patio, above the table,
And next to the barbecue.

Then came the bird shit. It was
Everywhere; on the patio tiles,
The chairs, the table ....
Everywhere!

Then some of the birds
Turned mean. They would
Dive bomb me and try to
Peck me even though I had
Fed them out of my own
Pocket.

And other birds were
Boisterous and loud. They
Sat on the feeder and
Squawked and screamed at
All hours of the day and night
And demanded that I fill it
When it got low on food.

After a while, I couldn't even
Sit on my own back porch
Anymore. So I took down the
Bird feeder and in three days
The birds were gone. I cleaned
Up their mess and took down
The many nests they had built
All over the patio.

Soon, the back yard was like
It used to be ... Quiet, serene
And no one demanding their
Rights to a free meal.

Now let's see ....
Our governments give out
Free food, free housing,
Free medical care, and free
Education and allows anyone
Born here to get automatic
Citizenship.

And so the illegals come by
The millions. Suddenly
Our taxes go up to pay for the
Free services; small apartments
Are housing 5 or more families; you
Have to wait 6 hours to be seen by a doctor

Because it is filled with illegal non tax payers;
Your child's year 12 class is
Behind other schools because
Over half the class doesn't speak
English.

Corn Flakes now come in a
Bilingual box; I have to
'press one' to hear my bank
Talk to me in English, and
People waving flags other
than ours are
Squawking and screaming
In the streets, demanding
that we change our way of life.

Its just my opinion but:
Maybe, just maybe,
it's time for the government
To take down the damn bird feeder.
If you agree, pass it on; if not keep cleaning up the shit!

to right mate, and enoch powell, i dont mind black people, it's the european immigrants that get my goat, come here with nothing and end up with houses, full benefits, and our second generation get sod all, i have just had to write a letter to the council saying i am throwing my daughter out and the kids, and then they phoned me to comfirm that i wrote it, i've had to make her homeless so she can get some sort of housing of her own. now to all the do gooders out there, what do you think of that. something is seriously wrong in this country

now i am really pissed off again, im going to hit someone, lol

Cant say i have had a problem with any immigrant though our local paper's court section does seem to have a disproportionate amount of people from Lithuania drink driving.

I agree totally about illegal immigrants but think our society is enriched with other cultures.

I also think that the government (and some immigrants) do not do enough to integrate into our society. Also there is definately too many folk let into the UK at a time. A slow and gradual intake of immigrants would be better than the numbers the government have let in.

I also think that part of the problem with integration is that certain ethnic minorities have congregated near to each other rather than be dispersed through out the country. If everyone around you can speak your native language then there is no incentive to learn English!!

And of course with a declining youth population that one day will be inadequate to support the state pension scheme, we need proper wage-earning immigrants whether we like it or not...

we dont need any immigrants now, we have to many of the parasites, bloody come here and get full benefits and flats / houses and handouts, as zippy says breaking the law and getting away with it because they can't be traced, my mates a supervisor for a large firm and they employ immigrants and there are 12 off them they all drive cars to work only 2 have licences, when he asked where the road tax is, they replied that they pay enought tax on their wages.

Said it before and I'll say it again, all the ingredients for mass civil unrest are coming together and it may only be a matter of a relatively short time. 650,000 a month unemployed in the US,. How long before they get ticked off enough to challenge the Government, and if it kicks off there, how long before it crosses into Europe? Naturally, I don't want to see it happening but is there anyone out there capable of preventing it? What are people supposed to do if they have no money to provide for their families. Eat grass? When it gets to the point where there is not enough tax income to provide benefits because of the huge numbers of unemployed, what happens then? Hardly bears thinking about. Ok rant over.

All ill say is if we went to thier country what would we get?? SOD ALL!!! work or starve why do you think they are here?? dont get me wrong come over work hard and pay your taxes, i dont have a problem, but take from our mouths or that of our kids i do when your taking our benifits and your family back home can also avil of it is beyond a joke in my opinion!!!
