Eggs - they are good for you now.
Ive always though it was a bunch of BS and it turns out it was.
Eat eggs more morning, lunch, dinner, supper, snacks, and every day of the week. Quote:

But if you eat 2 eggs a day- you should eat plenty of fibre.....eggs are very 'binding' so unless you want to end up 'bunged up' either that or eat prunes with your eggs !!!!! MMMMMMmmmmmmm tasty.........

yep had heart attack 18 years ago ... advice was then 'if you must eat eggs then only one or two a week' ..... ok fair enough but I'd been eating one egg per day for years as part of a weight loss diet and chloresterol level came down during that time .. so I chose to think the advice was 'flawed' ..... and carried on without anything adverse happening to chloresterol level ... same with olives - advice post heart attack was 'don't eat olives' .... now I think thats changed as well ... well even if it hasn't I'm still sticking olives into me panini .... democracy ! thass what its all about !
