Default Insurance up for renewal mid Feb

Been notified today with the new amount for both the Mrs 3Ltr T2 Auto fully comp and my Patrol Third party fire and theft £741 for both = around £370 each not quite = but near enough, do not think I will bother hunting round as I hate form filling and jumping through hoops just to save a couple of £, what do you all think, bearing in mind we are both in our mid 70's, Rick

aggressive off road tyres on wheels so just swap.
Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

It's still worth spending 5 minutes on go-compare (or equivalent) to see what other quotes are coming back with.

Even if you don't want the hassle of changing, you can then call your current insurer with the online figures and see if they can beat their renewal quote. They usually can!

Did a go compare for mine and nothing in it on the first couple after those they went higher, so will stick with the company we have, Rick

Hi all, my current cover with Adrian Flux paid in Dec was £607
Being 82+ did not help I guess
I went on comparison sites, some over £3K
If the Maverick was not so reliable except for the jumping out of gear, not tried to fix that myself, scared of dropping bits into the box as Rick warned me, I would get something cheaper
