Selling TD27 engine with 2973 kms since new

Selling Nissan TD27 engine with only 2973 kms since new.
This engine was taken from a Fairway Driver London taxi which was mated to a manual transmission.
(Same engine as the Nissan Terrano/Maverick, Nissan Diesel Forklift, and quite a few others)

This engine has 2,973 kms on it. (Not miles)
No, I am not joking.
No it isn't 1,002,973 kms.
It's 2,973 kms since new.

My Fairway Driver (London taxi) was found in Portugal last year after it sat there under a tarp doing absolutely nothing for 27 years.
Given that it stood for so long, I took it to my taxi mechanic Jarek (located in Mitcham CR4) who brought it back to factory perfect.
In order to do so, he cleaned all the fuel lines, gave it a FULL service, and even replaced the injection pump.
The starter motor was also replaced in the process. (Starter motor not pictured, but it is included)
Additional components were replaced, but since there were quite a few components replaced, I can't remember them ALL at the moment.
This engine has never been tampered or modified by anyone. My taxi mechanic Jarek is the ONLY one who did.
All in all, I spent around £900 to bring the diesel engine to the indestructible machine that it is today.
So why on earth am I selling this legendary engine?

My Fairway Driver is being exported to a country which doesn't allow classic cars with diesel engines, only petrol ones.
Which is why I have hired a mechanic to carefully remove this diesel engine and put a petrol one in my taxi instead.
