Grand Day Out in my Terrano
Had a day out by myself on Friday in the truck, no problem finding a parking space as I made one
Saw this big chap “Fat Albert” along with Typhoon display, a pair of Hawks, 9 Tucanos and the Falcons parachute display team. Cracking morning and a freebie too. |

FA is the nick name for the C17.
It was difficult taking photos with my phone. Was surrounded by people taking photos with nice cameras who posted them on a FB Group I’m on. It was Graduation Day for the latest batch of pilots so they make a thing of it. Think there will be another later in the year, often the Reds attend as they would have been through exact same place. Wanted to go across to the east coast to find a wild camp spot but unfortunately the roads were terrible so turned around and came home. |

The last time I took a picture of a C17 I was made to delete it!
Awesome bits of kit tho... Been carted around in one a few times! |
