Default Man Flu

Oh great Ive been struck down again. Started sounding like Barry White on Friday but as the weekend has gone on I've now got a painful cough and rattling like a good un when I breathe. Sleeping in a sleeping bag on the sofa so I didn't disturb my wife, just got up and the blinking dogs have taken root on my bed

Aw man. Apparently it's slightly more painful than child birth? Hope you feel better soon. Hot toddies and cuddles do it for me. Not even fussy who I cuddle

I always end up on the sofa when I am ill, not through choice but apparently a bad nights sleep is so helpful to feeling better I think not !!!
Get well soon mate.

LMAO whilst laying here off workwas cursing the builder next door using our garden for his scaffolding when all of a sudden I heard some commotion outside and the builder run across the drive swearing only to see his truck rolling off down the road. Fortunately he caught it and stopped it but it could so easily of been a tragedy.

Hell man. He was lucky. You don't hear of that much nowadays.
Hope you're feeling better

I hope you don't look like that, lol.
I hope you get better soon, the only positive thing, is you should be over it before Christmas, and you should have some immunity from the same strain of flu.
I know it doesn't help you today, but I read that brandy is good for my condition, so I assume should help you too.
Well I prefer cognac lol.

I know it's nothing really and i will be over the worst of it pretty soon. Hacked off that id got over two years without sick which looks pretty good on job applications. If i could get comfortable for a while it would make it easier. With the synus headache it's difficult to look at this screen. I should have been out at the youth organisation tonight too which annoys me as i hardly ever miss an evening.

Sadly it's not man flu but instead a "serious chest infection" according to the dr. On strong antibiotics and apart from paracetamol can't take anything else.

So still in the sleeping bag being cuddled by the dogs.
