Default Movember

Just a little reminder chaps , I'm 3/4s the way through my MOVEMBER challenge. The fuzzy lip is less itchy now as I'm moisturising
All in the best possible taste ofcourse.
In aid of Men's Health, esp prostate cancer, I'm cycling 100 miles in November and growing a stupid 'tache
Only at 54 miles and a week to go
I need your inspiration chaps, like your cash please. It's like a carrot on a stick for me
Anyway do what you can please and may the finger of fudge never be needed up your rectum

Well you found the right place Ted, thanks so much for your kind donation.
On a roll today which is exactly what I need to do later, just as soon as I finish work and fix my punctures

Some of you will have read Rustic's recent additions to his post. Troubling times and I wish him well.
My little effort toward Prostate cancer research funding is coming toward an end.
Three days left and my target of 100 miles is now just over 70 miles cycled. My target of £250 is a little short too , so please chaps, if you've been moved by Rustics frank disclosures, please stick a little bit in my Movember pot
