Did the enviromental dogooders really think that normal people would vote to tax themselves 8O. Those dogooders don't live in the real world, never worked a day in their lives and just phone Mummy or Daddy when they want more cash to cause more hassle (muppets) -banghead- :mrgreen: :smile:

Common sense may have prvailed for now but how long before they just ignore wat people want and do it anyway. A lot of goverment funding for public transport hinged on them putting congestion charging in place, they'll do it if they want to whatever the public think - or am I just getting old and cynical?
