did your car/cars go? if not clamp em down asap or summat.
im sorry to hear that news we had the same to us i want to move i felt raped.
they took us for everything while at work.

1 secure your cars
2 have you told the police?
3 inform car insurance they may change lock or summat.
4 you will get over this and you didnt get up in progress and get hurt everything else can be replaced

Sorry to hear that, I really feel for you.... I can't really offer any more advice than ExoSteve has already said, and to add, I hope Karma gets them, then the Police...

I hope you have house insurance..

Get all the locks covered including vehicles, cancel and replace bank cards and might be worth getting yourself a cheapo camera that will cycle to point on your driveway, see if they come back for another nose, getting a face on camera would be a sweet feeling

Hope they're legs get broken if they are found

Ouch feel for you, i'd try getting under your motors & unplug things like crank shaft sensors so the motors won't run

Yeah that's a wicked idea, let them become sitting ducks, could even set a cam up in the car

But yeah great idea as a temp disable for the motors

Sorry to hear that, my son in Aberdeen was woken by an intruder in the house...face to face....

His wife was nearly nine months pregnant, the bas***d broken in via the soon to be...nursery window...
They were in the process of moving, and the To Let signs were up...

These low lives should be placed in stocks, and let the public decide....

Feel for you mate, unfortunately these things will continue to happen all the time we have lack of real policing and poor punishment for the offenders, they laugh at the law and who can blame them, this country I am afraid to say is all talk and no do, and I cannot see the new government making any difference, I wonder how long we have to wait before we see loads of election promises broken, they are not worth a wxxx, sorry rant over, Rick

I'd love to set traps up, I'm sure it would end badly for me... One for the fact I'd probably forget about them, two that the burglars would probably sue me...

About a month ago my neighbour had his 3 Series 'broke' into on the drive. When I say broke into they had a device that mimics your key frequency and pops your doors open. Like a twat he had left his laptop in the car.
His laptop though had some sort of tracking device in it which when switched on it gave a signal to his iphone giving a location. He called the police and told them the laptop had been switched on and told the street and house number, making sure he pointed out that the address could be within a few houses each side. The police told him they would go have a look 'when they have someone available'.They later told him they had been round and and spoke to 'a lovely lady' at that address and she new nothing about it.When asked if they had checked houses either side they said they couldn't just go knocking on everyones door!!

The tracking device was probably Prey. I've got it on both my computers. If your pc has a camera, the programme will activate it when the thief turns the computer on as well as pinpointing the address it's being used at - so, you will have a picture and address of the thieving scumbag, and best of all, Prey is free!
