Nissan Patrol door bracket extension
I remember one of the other Y61 owners commenting on the limited opening of the small rear door on the Y61 Trols so thought it might be helpful to post a link to where I got my extension bracket.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2009085488...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Around £26 all in, actually cost more in postage than it did for the item! Arrrived really quick though and very easy to fit - lets the door open to just over 90 degrees rather than the 70ish degress that it opens to from the factory Thanks to makeitfit for telling me about them when I was down in Wales in the summer! |

No probs, but if I'd thought about it a bit more I bet the Y60 one would have done it
Any road up easy access now |

Strange I had a Trooper before my Patrol and just assumed that the door was smaller as I could never seem to get anything out without opening second door on my Patrol but have just been to check out my patrol and discovered that the first door does indeed only open part way to 70 approx. degrees making access diffecult.
Kind regards Russell. |
