Default cooper stts

Hoping to fit my new boots this weekend.
So my 31" cooper stt and modular steel wheels will be available
Plenty of tread left.
I will take pics when there off.
I'm thinking they have to be worth at least £250

Not yet buddy.
Just cuz I've got 800 doesn't mean I want to part with 800.
Going give him in Nottingham a bell see wot he's got.
Although I do like my coopers I may look for summat cheaper.

I'm pleased with the nankang ones I bought.
Never lost traction once off road, not too noisy on road but only time will tell how quick they wear.
Mel had the GT radials from JCS on his pajero and he rated them

Not sure if up your street, but there's a group on my Facebook who does incredibly cheap retread tyres, MUDs and ATs if your interested.

He's in Wales but does fitting too.

he did some serious road mileage in his paj though so they will wear quick as there is not much rubber in contact with the tarmac.

I had Nankangs fitted all round before I brought my T2 to Spain - they went on and on and on, think I got around 12k from the fronts and 14k from the rears. Got Bridgestone Duellers on the front now, too early to say how they're wearing, and some Phillipino budgets on the rear, they're ok in the dry but as we have had no rain here (in Spain) for months I've no idea what they are like in the wet.
Both types are A/T so a pretty chunky tread but quiet on the road.

Just having a browse at wheels during my morning coffee break.

Coopers in33 are expensive.more than 800 with wheels.phew
Having said that its not worth trying to save 100 quid if there going to wear out a lot quicker.

But I do have a question for you boys.

Wheels.
I was thinking 15x8 with an offset of about -25/-30.
The cooper/wheel set from notts man is advertising them with 15x10 wheels.
Are these too wide? Would they still need an offset?
Cheers.

How wide are the tyres? 8j should do.

Ring tyres direct too, I found them much cheaper than all the rest. They also offer free delivery too.

Have you looked at getting a 2nd hand set of tyres?

also to save a few quid just buy a similar size wheel for the spare as a get you home or back to the road tyre.

Camskill prices are quite good too

Not sure what these actually measure in at:

Will look at them links later fez.

No I was asking if the 10"/would be too wide for my truck as they are a complete set with 10" wide tyres

If the tyres are 12.5" wide then 10" is probably the size to go for. But 8" would probably work just as well.

I was suggesting 2nd hand tyres as it will be cheaper. Also won't be as bad if you get a bad puncture. Don't mean to scare you but any time you go greenlaning/offroading there's always the small chance of ripping a tyre open new or not.
