Default Sorry I've been away

Doubt I've been missed but I'm back now

Haven't had much time to post of late as I've had a few things go on in life all of which are sorted now

Nan hasn't been very well, she's OK now, suffering with Diabetes

I was suspended from work for making a comment that wasn't really appropriate to another member of staff who I frankly thought I had a better relationship with but we live and learn, had my hearing Friday and thought I was for the chop, never been to HR with anything before and they went straight for the Final Written Warning , first day back tomorrow

And to top it all off the neighbor came round earlier, he's just come back from holiday with his caravan. He knocked and told me his daughter had been staying looking after the house and Friday she went outside to find that the cat was curled up next to his favorite tree and had passed away, no signs of fighting or external injuries but we know he fitted a lot as he had epilepsy

It was a kind of a joint ownership, it was their cat but he preferred to spend his time with us , he lived in our house and garden, I think we even gave him most of his meals

Either way, I'll bloody miss that cat and even shed a few tears on the motorway earlier driving to the girlfriends house

R.I.P Tommo, You'll be forever in my memories

So what have I missed then guys, do fill me in

you have to make a stand against this type of rubbish, I do and have always done so, that is why I went self employed many years ago, never regretted a moment, sorry to here about the cat, yes they do get to you and I have shed many a tear over a pet, press on mate life does have its rewards, some times you just have to look for them but they are there, Rick

That's some bad luck. Work relationships with so called friends can be a funny thing, head down and don't mention it is best policy.

Cat's are not my fave animal but I know what you mean.

You missed us tikes having our Yorkshire meet, cracking to meet some of the faces.
