Default My collection of T2's

well before they are moved on I thought I would take a couple of pics, this four are all road going starting from the right is the new TDi for the Mrs, it was not purchased for her, rather to do the welding that the previous owner could not run to after spending a lot of money on other things, and sell it on, so when it failed the MOT and needed £200 welding they put it on Ebay, I picked it up for around £400, finally got round to sorting it and it is a lovely motor, the Mrs wanted it for the bull bar, leather interior, CD changer and she always wanted blue rather than the green she had before, and I am hoping that the sort of driving she does that it will be better on fuel than her petrol, the next to the left is my new motor, older than my current one but got LPG conversion, so should also save money on fuel, (dent in NS wing to me unimportant) next to the left is my current motor a real workhorse, currently having a power transplant and also found some tin worm that I had not seen so this will be sorted before I sell it, this will be a cheap work type motor as the interior has seen hard service, long MOT tax till end May, and last is the Mrs ex motor, again although it was MOT'd not too long ago found some worm that I have to attend to before I sell it, but this is a much cleaner motor (well it would be wouldn't it I was rarely allowed to drive it and if I made it dirty ?????????. Rick

Super strong body cills capped with scaffold pole
20% stronger springs all round
aggressive off road tyres on wheels so just swap.
Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

Judd750 yes they seem to have sex regularly.

puddle hoppers, this has been my workhorse for 3.5 years and the only reason I am parting with it now is because of the LPG on the new motor, yours if you want it, Rick

Wow, one is enough for me to worry about

My Mav has been the second car most of it's life, hence the low mileage, but it is still used daily, rarely at weekends though.
Once a month, we do use it for the family visit, to clear the cobwebs out. A few red line runs, does clear out the carbon deposits.
The long distance work is done by the Picasso, 50+ mpg even at 70 + 10% mph
The interior volume that each can provide, is about the same, but the Picasso has a flat floor, and with the rear seats removed you could camp in there.

However the Mav can carry twice the weight of the Pic... (another use of the word pic)
