I'm not sure, But if GLASS and other motoring organisations are fighting there must a good chance.

All those restricted byways on the OS map? You used to be able to drive them all before NERC act was put through. Many motoring organisations were caught out so we would of had more to drive. Not widely known but you can still drive Restricted byways if you have user evidence they were driven before NERC came into effect.

I need to learn more on this.
I am a new enthusiast and there is always someone trying to spoil my fun.
what is nerc please?

I was looking at your trolol fez. and im now thinking what you doin it for if theres no lanes to use it on

ive already been looking at selling my truck as I aint constantly keeping an old gaz guzzling motor on the road just for tarmac road use. and getting a cheap tax high mpg car.
that's what they want me to do.

ive met more nice peeps on this forum and in other areas of our interest than anywhere else.

this is my work rest and play motor.

having said that im not going to be negative
how many jobs would be lost though this. milners would go jimnys bits would shut outdoor off roading course instructors would be made unemployed.

I will do anything I can to help keep us keep what have been public rights of way for generations.

as for monsal head lane closure.
we have video evidence to sift through to prove its been used before the date of closure.

Basicly pre NERC you had more lanes to drive. I think you had to submit evidence of lane use to keep them after nerc, the people doing it thought only ORPAs or BOATs (can't remember which) would need submitting. But was not the case so lost a load of lanes effectively.

The Patrol is going to be more of a pay and play offroader more than a laner. My Maverick can do 90% of the lanes out there as is. But the patrol will be used for laning when it's done.

orpas and boats and glass and nercs are all completely new to me.
I get bored very easily at pay and plays. its green lanin or a cheap tax car for me.

this is really bad news.

what can I do to stop this from happening.
and whats the point of having places like strata florida who the hell would see it?walk it? use it?
tourism for wales cut again.
this is ****

not happy
