Default not a nissan but has any one got any ideas please?

hello my old man has got a vw transporter t4, the jets on his front windscreen has packed up you can't hear the pump working either but the washer jets on the rear windows work fine, they both work of the same pupm by the looks of it, the fuse is fine. We've both run out of ideas! has any one els got any ideas please?

Front screen motor goosed or broken connection then, assuming same fuse
OR switch ?

Mine packed up when I changed the air cleaner, a clip had flattened the pipe

maybe run a live direct from the battery to eliminate switches etc
i had a t4 a couple of years ago, 2.4d, ran on veg oil a treat! mike

if memory serves me right, the lower connectors are to the front washers, the higher ones to the rear, so that the water runs out to the rear first.

so swap the connectors over ( rear washer wires to the bottom) and try turning the rear on at the switch, if the front now work( using the switch for the reear) its a wiring/switch issue if they dont its the pump/ hoses.
