Default WANTED: REAR Bump Stops

anyone got any of those figure 8 rear bump stops? One of mine is missing, and i get a right knock when driving over bumpy roads

I did! but they they were far to small and did nowt. Bought a couple of terrano ones off ebay.

dont forget they re only glued on to the mount, well worth putting a couple of heavy duty
cable ties around them so you dont lose anymore. regards bri

yes, thanks to Ryan i have one bought. TBH, why wouldnt you have one? i get a right clunk me when going over bumps rough terrain, and i dont like it!

thanks Bri, uill try the cable ties but i think i read that people are using tiger seal also, so ill do that as well!

If you get a clunk going off road it won't be your bump stops tbh.

I took mine off my stock truck and literally rallied it ... Never bottomed the rear axle out

Stinka is correct your lack of bump stop is not the cause of your noise, more likely the ARB drop links, unless you have a broken spring, Rick

OK I'll do that. I think the shocks and suspension are fine..I can open the rear door and bounce the car without I'll affect, car returns to proper position just fine. I'm not convinced yet its the drop links but I'll check. The noise is a right wallop and to be honest, does sound like the rear door. But, the noise started suddenly, which is why I thought it might be because the bump stop dropped off!
